Elemica Elevates Marketing Operations with Fractional CMO Expertise

In early 2024, a new CEO took the reins at Elemica, a $100 million PE-backed global supply chain software company serving the chemical, rubber, and CPG (consumer packaged goods) industries. However, Elemica’s marketing efforts were entirely outsourced, with a sole in-house marketer seeking support to grow company revenue. MGC renegotiated vendor contracts to maximize value, selected best-fit marketing program vendors, and collaborated closely with the CEO and sales team to develop a robust go-to-market strategy. This intensive collaboration spanned five months and resulted in a cohesive approach that aligned marketing and sales efforts.

The company, which had previously relied on outsourced marketing, is now empowered to take control of its brand narrative and drive customer acquisition in a competitive global supply chain software market.
