HiMarley, a B2B SaaS innovator dedicated to transforming the insurance industry, faced a common challenge: mapping their marketing value to the sales pipeline. 

Market Growth Consulting (MGC) set out to empower HiMarley’s marketing team with tools to clearly demonstrate their impact on sales. During the discovery phase, a deep dive into HiMarley’s processes highlighted the need for a CRM upgrade to streamline lead generation and boost measurement through the funnel.

With HiMarley’s needs defined, MGC researched, designed, implemented, and tested (1) a robust account-based marketing foundation using HubSpot’s marketing automation and (2) powerful CRM dashboards designed to capture valuable data at every lead stage to drive alignment. 

These insights now continuously inform HiMarley’s marketing team, helping them understand which activities drive conversions and allowing for more effective, data-driven campaigns.

The Chief Marketing Officer of HiMarley concluded the project by leading the weekly Go-To-Market meeting, showcasing the power of data-driven insights from account-based marketing. With the success of this initiative, HiMarley is now poised to focus on what they do best: making insurance loveable.
